Senior Financial Analyst
YOUR MISSION: As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will develop and maintain relationships with business team, leverage modeling and analytical skills to design, create and innovate within Corporate FP&A. Your partnership with business leaders and intent teams will drive higher predictability and operational excellence.
YOUR LEGACY: You provided leverage for Finance leadership by building and optimizing infrastructure, streamlining, improving current processes, and helping business leaders achieve their objectives. The result? You helped Urgently become the world’s leading mobility assistance company.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
1) Within first 3 months:
- Understand the business and support pricing & optimization decisions to drive revenue and margin expansion.
- Link business decisions to financial performance, and explain variances vs. baseline
- Support the forecasting process by maintaining existing financial models
- Drive periodic volume reviews to identify deviations and communicate risks & opportunities to leadership.
2) Within next 3 - 6 months:
- Update internal financial reports for management & board of director meetings.
- Facilitate periodic meetings to review actual performance vs. budget and forecast
3) Ongoing:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with finance and business partners
- Execute special projects and ad hoc tasks as required Finance leadership
- Support Finance leadership with annual and strategic planning
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field with at least 5 years of FP&A experience
- Comfortable with scenario modeling, forecasting, planning, and variance analysis.
- Delivering accurate and timely financial forecasts and reporting to leadership
- Consolidating, validating data, & communicating results
- Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Statements)
- Able to work independently, and cross functionally

THE NITTY GRITTY:
Location = Great news! This position is remote and you have the option of working from anywhere in the U.S.!
Manager = You’ll report to Director, Financial Planning & Analysis
Compensation = The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
